Terminology
onwardbtc provides educational content and analysis of crypto currency markets through a Telegram Service. This Telegram service, related channels, emails, Google docs, Google forms, newsletters, training material, charts, or other informational product are hereinafter together or individually referred to as onwardbtc.
This document contains terms of use and conditions and defines the relationship between two parties – ‘onwardbtc’ and ‘Subscribers of onwardbtc’’. A subscriber is defined as those who pay a monthly fee to onwardbtc in return for access to the educational content, demo trades & entertainment.
Primary Agreement / Terms of Use
If a Subscriber does not agree to the terms of use and the disclaimers listed below, then he or she is prohibited from subscribing to onwardbtc services.
Any Subscriber who utilizes any information found within onwardbtcs’ Telegram platform, website, affiliated YouTube channels, discord or upon any other platform: understands and accepts all of the terms and conditions highlighted below, in regards to any information distributed, dispersed, donated, given or published by onwardbtc.
By accessing any content of onwardbtc, you, whether you are a Subscriber or any other type of user, agree with all below conditions here in and out.

You are responsible for your own investment research and investment decisions. onwardbtc holds 0 responsibility for you, the subscribers, decisions.
Disclosure Policy:
onwardbtc’s principals may hold positions in markets that are described on the Telegram service. They may also, from time to time, hold positions consistent or inconsistent with the educational information contained on the Telegram service. onwardbtc’s principals have no obligation to notify Subscribers in any way regarding said positions and shall have no liability to Subscribers that relates in any way to said positions.

Charts, news, demo trades, trade idea’s – all are opinions of onwardbtc and are to be regarded as subjective opinions. The subscriber understands that nothing is of fact, certain or measured to a professional standard. It is up to the subscriber to liaison with a registered financial investment advisor or securities professional if he or she is contemplating/wishing to trade with real money on a real exchange. onwardbtc holds zero responsibility if the subscriber wishes to do so, even if the subscriber is or wishes to use the information on onwardbtcs platform for investing, trading or any matters related to moving currencies. Regarding The Customers Subscription Service
Any payment to onwardbtc as stated before is for access to their conceptual information, education & platform. Before money is sent to onwardbtc, the subscriber must have received confirmation from onwardbtc, confirmation that the subscriber(s) are welcome and will be able to access services & platform offered by onwardbtc. If money is sent to onwardbtc without confirmation, randomly or in anticipation of granted access to onwardbtcs service and it materializes that access is not granted, denied or not available to that particular subscribe to be; onwardbtc is not responsible to refund the subscriber.
The subscriber may cancel their subscription(s) at any time. However, the subscription will remain active until the end of the period that the subscriber has paid for. There will be no refund given for subscribers who pay for onwardbtcs services but do not use them. onwardbtc, at its sole discretion, may terminate any of its services at any time by notifying you by Telegram private message before the next payment renewal date.
In regard to all paid content that the subscriber has access to – Unless the subscriber has onwardbtcs written prior consent, onwardbtc has a strict no distribution policy. The subscriber may not share, transfer, loan, copy, upload, broadcast, circulate, plagiarise or talk of any information provided by onwardbtc, or ANY of onwardbtcs services to anyone other than his or her fellow subscribers. The subscriber agrees not to reproduce, use, edit, display or disclose any of onwardbtcs information (such as charts, trade ideas, website layout or telegram layout, names of other members and screenshots of onwardbtcs services). The subscriber will be reminded multiple times. Given that onwardbtc has evidence of a proven breach of these rules and onwardbtc retains the right to remove the subscriber temporarily or indefinitely until further notice and retain their payments without refund. This is regardless of what service the subscriber has paid access to or how long the subscriber has left in this particular medium. By becoming a subscriber, you agree with and acknowledge that this gives you 0 ownership rights against any information or content posted through onwardbtcs services or platforms.
Electronic Documents, Internet and Transmission Risks
Information, updates of onwardbtc, including but not limited to charts, signals and commentary are provided in the Telegram service. There is no guarantee that we can provide this on a specific day, time or at all. We are not responsible for delays or interruptions in transmission of information due to acts of God, man-made or natural causes, whether said delays result from problems with Internet connectivity either by you, or us or by slowdowns of Internet transmittal or otherwise.
Subscriber / User Risk:
In no event will onwardbtc or any person or entity involved in creating, producing, or distributing content of the Telegram service be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including but not limited to lost profits or trading losses) arising out of the use of or inability to use the Telegram Service or out of the breach of any warranty. Subscribers hereby acknowledge that the provisions of this section shall apply to all content of the Telegram service.
onwardbtc neither endorses nor is responsible for the accuracy or reliability of any opinion, advice, or statement on the Telegram service, nor for any offensive, defamatory, or obscene posting made on the forums by anyone other than authorized onwardbtc employee spokespersons while acting in their official capacities. Under no circumstances will onwardbtc be liable for any loss or damage caused by a Subscriber’s reliance on information obtained through the content on the Telegram service. It is the responsibility of each Subscriber to evaluate the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information, opinion, advice, or other content available through the Telegram service. If you intend to invest, please seek the advice of a registered investment adviser and undertake your own due diligence.
Indemnification:
Subscribers agree to indemnify and hold onwardbtc and its content providers harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney’s fees) arising from any Subscribers use of the Telegram service or from a Subscribers violation of this Agreement or any third party’s rights including but not limited to copyright, intellectual property, and privacy rights. This indemnification and hold harmless obligation will survive this Agreement and Subscribers use of the Telegram service.
Termination:
onwardbtc has the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to the Telegram service, without liability to you or any third party.
Terms of Use Modification:
onwardbtc reserves the right to change this Terms of Use/Disclaimer Agreement at any time by revising the terms and conditions herein. You are responsible for regularly reviewing these terms and conditions. Such changes, modifications, additions or deletions shall be effective immediately once delivered within the Telegram service. Your use of the Telegram service constitutes your acceptance of an agreement to the then current version of this Terms of Use/Disclaimer.
Lifetime Membership:
Your membership is valid as long as the group exists. We can’t refund a Lifetime Membership because it is paid in Bitcoin and price can fluctuate.

Refund Policies
In order to secure our consultation service against the unforeseen, the unethical, and the unintended behaviour, onwardbtc take into consideration only those complaints that are filed with a clear description of what was missed and/or rendered insufficiently in the onwardbtc service. The complaints must be emailed to: onwardbtc@gmail.com within 7 days from the membership inception.After a complaint is recognised, the user’s fee will be refunded (minus 20% to cover all expenses related and the used days).All other claims not meeting the above mentioned requirements are not to be recognised. We can’t refund a Lifetime Membership because it is paid in Bitcoin and price can fluctuate.
